               ...before we land where these did.

     ALL of these have died at the hands of man KIND and yet we still allow them to be bred...but, who is really at fault?      THE BUYER !   PLEASE..if you can't love them forever...don't buy them EVER!

 At least three to one, an adopter will choose a yellow or chocolate lab over a black one.  It is sad, but true...we are color conscious!  The poor, beautiful black labs (the original color,by the way) sit their full five days waiting and hoping that someone will come to rescue them.  The days get longer and the concrete floor gets harder.  The upper respiratory virus kicks in...they don't feel well anymore & they begin to give up hope. Then that last day and officer walks up and they with all they have left wag their tail as approached. 

"Did my family come for me I hope".  Instead they are taken to the "room" a room with an awful oder...yes, the oder not familiar to them, but all the while, very frightening.  It is the odor of DEATH.  While they wait their turn, they see their cage mate struggle as she is lifted to the table.  Then suddenly she goes limp and with a couple of quick jerks and muscle twitches...her life is over, as the next dog's will be.  The fear at that point must be overwhelming...soon the hope is gone, the reality that the family did not come back is a crushing blow and without their love...Life Is Over!
